- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I scheduled an appointment with one of the mortgage officers at this branch. I showed up 10 minutes earlier for my appointment and was told he left for the day!!! Are you freaking kidding me? I took time off work since you don't work on Saturdays only to find you left for the day??? Then I went to the teller to do some simple transactions.The teller didn't know how to do it and consistently asked the help from others. I mean, why do you guys have people standing in the front desk without training? Then I followed up with my auto pay that I asked them to stop last Saturday and found out that it wasn't stopped. I just knew this was going to happen since every time I asked for some simple changes to my account, I need to go to the branch TWICE to have it done. They simply can't do it right in the first time. I am really disappointed. The front desk people seriously need some professional training. I mean ask your stuff go to Hills Bank and see how they dress and talk to customers!By Hezhen Shen, December 19, 2016
