  Terrible customer service. They are all about that local bank thing. It doesn't say anything on their site about that yet that's all they wanna talk about. How does it make any sense that someone whose going to take the money directly out of your account cause your giving them access too needs to be a local bank? What in the world does that have to do with that?

  Do NOT do business with this location. They *lose* information in your file. I recently tried to cash a couple checks at another Check Into Cash location while out of town on business. When the out-of-town Check Into Cash location tried to verify business information in my Coralville file, Brittney, the CIC rep *couldn't find* the information and got snotty about it, despite a paper trail history of doing business there. Brittney's attitude was very unprofessional as in, 'why do I have to do this...' Brittney may not have lost the business verification information, but certainly did not handle this situation well and shame on whoever screwed up the file.
