- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆While stranded on the side of US Highway 6 in Tiffin, IA the roadside assistance operators insisted that we were on Highway 196 West of Des Moines, IA (which is 3 hours away from where we were.) While walking nearly a mile to find the nearest address (since we were stuck on the side of the highway) the operator was not providing information such as a safe drop point for our vehicle. We waited a grand ETA of 3 hours and 45 minutes until our tow truck had arrived. Although Chad and his team are great at this location, I do believe it's time to find another insurance company.By Garrett Allard, December 17, 2016
